DMCA

MSportsLive (https://www.msportslive.xyz) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) (“DMCA”), we will respond to properly formatted notices alleging copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA, and we will remove or disable access to material claimed to be infringing.

We prefer email for fastest handling.

If your complaint concerns content hosted on a third-party service (e.g., a file host or streaming provider) that we merely link to, please also notify that host directly, as we cannot remove content hosted elsewhere. We may, however, remove or disable links on our site.

To submit a valid DMCA notice, send a written communication to our Designated Agent that includes all of the following (per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (include specific URLs on msportslive.xyz; do not send only search terms or general descriptions).
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or any judicial district in which we may be found if you are outside of the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or that person’s agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, it is our policy to disable and/or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also take steps to block repeat attempts to post the same infringing material or links.

Misuse and Fraudulent Notices

Submitting false claims or material misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability (including costs and attorneys’ fees). Please ensure you have the rights you claim and that your submissions are complete and accurate.

Third-Party Hosting and Links

MSportsLive may display links or embeds that point to content hosted on third-party services. We do not have control over content hosted by others and cannot remove it from their servers. If the allegedly infringing content is hosted by a third party, please also contact that host or platform directly.

Non-U.S. Rights Holders

If you are outside the U.S., you may still use this procedure. Where applicable law differs, please provide equivalent information so we can assess your request.
